ECOR’s Corporate Director Circular Economy presenting at COP23

As the world’s biggest provider of climate finance, the European Investment Bank (EIB) is taking part in COP23, the annual meeting of global leaders and climate action specialists.
At the Bonn 2017 UN Climate Change Conference (6 – 17 November 2017) governments will come together to discuss the next steps after the 2015 Paris Agreement – a landmark climate change 
On November 15th, we were invited to speak at the United Nations COP23, as part of a global effort to reaffirm the COP 21 Paris Climate Agreements.

Our Global Director Circular Economy and CEO Benelux, Eric Logtens, participated in the panel discussion “How emerging companies in the Circular Economy contribute to climate action”. This event was hosted by The European Investment at the Bank Pavilion. The panel was completed by the EIB Vice-President for Climate, Jonathan Taylor, EIB Innovation Finance Advisory Experts, Laura Busato and Arnold Verbeek, EIB Innovation specialist, Liesbet Goovaerts and the Luxembourg Minister for the Environment, Carole Dieschbourg.
