Allard studied HR management. He has worked for over 15 years as self-employed HR-manager in industries such as the graphical industry, healthcare, international production and logistics. Allard is currently partner at Scoop HRM.

His skills include:

  • Consultancy on HRM best practices
  • Project management of integrations and reorganizations (carve-in & -out). This includes negotiations with Unions/Works Council on social plans and outplacement activities
  • Development & Implementation of HRM in organizations
  • Training & Coaching of CEO’s, MT-members and supervisors
